Loads of you asked me for a decaf, so here it is. This is for when you want a proper cup of coffee at night without lying awake replaying every daft thing you have ever said.

It is a single origin Colombian coffee from Fincas Mustafa. It is decaffeinated using the natural sugarcane process and still tastes like proper coffee. You get honey, milk chocolate and vanilla.

Roast: Medium
Tastes like: Honey, milk chocolate and vanilla
Recommended methods: Cafetière, espresso and AeroPress

It works with every method, including filter and moka pot. The methods above are just where I would start.

Brew guides

Cafetière
Use 30g of coffee and 500g of water at around 92°C. Give it one stir, leave it for 4 minutes, then press slowly and pour it all out.

Espresso
Use 18g of coffee and aim for 38g out in between 28 and 32 seconds. Water around 92°C is a good starting point. If it runs fast, grind finer. If it barely moves, go coarser.

AeroPress
Use 16g of coffee and 240g of water at around 92°C. Give it a stir, leave it for 2 minutes, then press gently for about 30 seconds.
