Happy Wetness

Named after the happy tears I cried as the first few hundred orders rolled in on opening day, Happy Wetness is a washed-process Peru, so the beans get a proper clean scrub before roasting and it shows in the cup: bright, juicy and easy to like. Plum and orange up top, bakers chocolate underneath to keep it grounded. 

A single-origin Peruvian from the Moyobamba region up in San Martín, grown by smallholder farmers high in the hills. Washed process, roasted medium so it sings through filter and holds its own as espresso. Speciality grade, roasted fresh, and traceable right back to the folk who grew it.
