My favourite name for a coffee ever 😂😂

If you are new here and no sure where to start, start with this one. It is smooth enough for a lazy Sunday but still has enough punch through the espresso machine to get you moving. You really cannae go wrong with a bit of Boaby.

This is my house blend, made with speciality grade Brazilian and Ugandan beans and roasted fresh to order.

Roast: Medium
Tastes like: Roasted nuts, caramel and a wee spicy finish
Recommended methods: Espresso, moka pot and cafetière

Those are my picks, no rules. It works with every method, including AeroPress and filter. Use whatever you have.

Brew guides

Espresso
Use 18g of coffee and aim for 36g out in between 28 and 32 seconds. Water around 93°C is a good place to start. If it runs too fast, grind finer. If it barely comes out, go a wee bit coarser.

Moka pot
Fill the bottom chamber with water to just below the valve. Fill the basket level with coffee but do not press it down. Brew on medium heat and take it off as soon as it starts to gurgle.

Cafetière
Use 30g of coffee and 500g of water at around 93°C. Give it one stir, leave it for 4 minutes, then press slowly and pour it all out.

Sitting drinking a cup the noo. Excellent taste. Good flavour notes and a smooth drink!

We do keep trying various beans but always end up with espresso beans as they are the strongest flavour. Our search has now ended.. these will be our preferred supply

It’s drinkable but not the specialty roast coffee I was expecting. Not the best flavour. Hopefully the other pack craigneuk cracker tastes stronger and more balanced.
