A natural-process Ethiopian that's big and jammy. Dark chocolate and blackberry up front, raisin and red fruits behind, with a tea-like finish that keeps it all civilised. Sounds fancy, tastes fancier.

As close as I could get on short notice to the very first specialty coffee I tried that I fell in love with!

A single-origin Ethiopian from Taferi Kela in the Sidamo region, made with Enat Buna ("mother tree") heirloom varieties. Natural process, so the cherries dry whole in the sun and all that fruit soaks right into the bean. Speciality grade, roasted fresh, and traceable right back to the folk who grew it.
