Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Robert Brown, trading as Bobby’s Beans, of 95–107 Haugh Road, Glasgow, G3 8TX.

2. Promotional period
The promotion opens when the promotional Instagram post is first published on Friday 28 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on Sunday 30 August 2026.
Orders placed before the promotion opens or after the closing time will not qualify. The time recorded by the Bobby’s Beans website will determine whether an order was placed within the promotional period.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who can provide a UK delivery address for the prize.
The promoter, anyone working for or professionally connected with Bobby’s Beans, and members of their immediate families or households may not enter.
4. How to enter
To enter, customers must successfully place a paid order for any item available on the Bobby’s Beans website during the promotional period.
Each qualifying customer will be entered automatically. There is one entry per person, regardless of the number of items purchased or orders placed.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded or subject to a chargeback before the winner is selected will not qualify. The promoter may reject entries reasonably believed to be fraudulent, abusive or otherwise inconsistent with these terms.
No item price or delivery charge has been increased to reflect the opportunity to participate. There is no separate charge for entry.
5. The prize
There is one prize and one winner.
The winner will receive 500g of Bobby’s Beans wholebean coffee, consisting of:
- One 250g bag of I’m Inside Yi
- One 250g bag of Happy Wetness
Standard UK delivery of the prize is included at no cost to the winner.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative. The promoter will only substitute any part of the prize if unavoidable circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control make this necessary. Any substitute will be of equal or greater value.
6. Winner selection
The winner will be selected on Monday 31 August 2026 from all valid entries using a verifiably random computer process.
Evidence of the eligible entry list and random selection will be retained by the promoter.
7. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted within 48 hours of the draw using the email address or telephone number provided with their qualifying order.
The promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. The winner must respond within seven days of the first notification and may be required to confirm their eligibility and delivery details.
If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, does not respond within seven days or is found to be ineligible, the promoter may withdraw the prize and select another winner using the same random process.
8. Prize delivery
The prize will be dispatched to the winner’s UK address within 30 days of the winner confirming their details and eligibility. The winner will not be charged for delivery of the prize.
9. Winner information
To demonstrate that a valid award took place, the winner’s surname and county may be made available for 30 days after the draw to anyone who requests this information by emailing bobby@bobbysbeans.com.
Entrants may object to their information being published or request that the amount published be reduced. The promoter may still provide the relevant information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
The winner will not be used in promotional content or tagged publicly without their separate permission.
10. Personal information
Personal information will be used only as reasonably necessary to administer the promotion, contact the winner and deliver the prize, in accordance with the Bobby’s Beans Privacy Policy.
Entry into this promotion will not change a customer’s existing email or text marketing preferences.
11. Instagram
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
By entering, each entrant releases Instagram from responsibility arising from or connected with this promotion.
12. Changes to the promotion
The promoter will only amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where unavoidable circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control make this necessary. Any action taken will be conducted fairly and without unnecessarily disadvantaging entrants.
13. Acceptance
By entering the promotion, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Entrants retain any mandatory consumer rights that apply where they live.
